Yorkshire Amateur have today appointed new joint-managers Jake Boyd and Casey O’Reilly, with a restructure of several other roles in the management team also confirmed.
This follows the end of former manager Mark Maspero and his assistant Liam Willingham’s time at the club.
Involved in the restructure is new assistant manager, Emeel Mati, who has been promoted from first-team coach, and Matt Appleyard who begins as head of first-team football operations, also. Jacob Nyaudoh & Tom Shepherd continue their roles as first-team coach and goalkeeper coach, respectively.
Former Ammers defender Boyd currently also manages Farsley Celtic Academy, leading the coaching of the u23s, u19s and u16s whilst O’Reilly currently heads the management of the Celts’ u21s.
The pair begin their Ammers operation away at Penistone Church and the Parker Roofing Memorial Ground on Saturday, kick-off at 3pm.
The club thank Mark Maspero and Liam Willingham for their efforts during their tenure.
